Josie is the Lexcel Quality Manager for Inspiring Business Performance and is responsible for the quality of all work carried out by the team of Lexcel assessors. Josie has also been a Lexcel assessor for over 15 years, working with a range of firms of all sizes from sole practitioners to multi sited large organisations, and also with Local Government in house legal teams. Josie is based near Portsmouth but works with clients all over the country.
